The NGO Accelerator is a service program designed to support small and medium-sized non-governmental organizations (NGOs) by providing consulting for EU-funded programs, project writing assistance, access to essential software tools, and additional training in areas like Google Ads campaigns, content creation, and other activities that promote growth and efficiency. Our goal is to help NGOs optimize their operations, reduce costs, and amplify their impact.
To be eligible, the applying organization must be a non-governmental organization, non-profit, or educational institution with a financial capacity of at least €4,000 per year in revenue. The NGO must also demonstrate interest in optimizing processes and operational costs and be willing to invest in these improvements. Formal documentation proving the organization’s status is required, such as registration certificates and founding documents.
The program offers a mix of free and paid services. Consulting and information sessions are provided free of charge as part of the program. However, other services, such as access to specific software tools or ongoing support like content creation and ads management, may incur a one-time fee of €1,000–€4,000 or be subject to individually agreed-upon terms based on the scope of work and results.
Access to software tools can often be obtained within 3 working days, depending on the software provider and the specific tools requested. Our team works quickly to ensure NGOs can start benefiting from these resources as soon as possible.

Founding certificates and related documents of founders
Any additional documents requested by software providers for verification (e.g., proof of activity)
