About EU Schools & Programs.

Why should I choose Europe for my studies?

Europe offers a compelling proposition: highly international environments with diverse student bodies and faculty, globally recognized diplomas, often shorter and more intensive program formats leading to faster results, access to strong European job markets and a rich cultural experience.

Beyond the traditional Bachelor, Master and PhD, European schools offer a vast array of specialized  programs such as summer/winter schools, double degree, Double diploma studies, postgraduate programmes, etc.

The Baltic education system follows the European Bologna process, ensuring recognition of your degree worldwide. The academic year typically runs from September to June, divided into two semesters. One advantage of the Baltic education system is the practical, hands-on approach to learning, with many programs including internships, company projects, and case studies.

Absolutely. Baltic universities are part of the European Higher Education Area, and their degrees are recognized throughout the EU and globally. Many programs also have specific international accreditations in fields like business, engineering, and medicine. Graduates from Baltic universities successfully continue their education at prestigious institutions worldwide and secure employment with international companies.

About the Application Process.

What do schools typically look for in applicants?

Admissions committees usually conduct a holistic, thorough review. Standard components include academic transcripts, GMAT/GRE scores, English proficiency test results (TOEFL/IELTS etc.), a CV detailing work experience, letters of recommendation, and application essays or a motivational letter. Many schools also require interviews. With proper preparation, the process goes smoothly.

Admission to leading schools is highly competitive, especially for popular programs and applicants from overrepresented regions. Selectivity can be intense, requiring a well-crafted and differentiated application.

Beyond meeting the quantitative requirements, differentiation comes from a compelling narrative. This involves clearly articulating your unique experiences, perspectives, and motivations; demonstrating genuine interest and fit with the specific school’s values and culture; showcasing self-awareness and potential for growth; and clearly explaining how you will contribute to the learning environment.

It’s advisable to start preparations well in advance, 6-12 months from your intended start date is a good decision. This allows ample time for proper preparation and solve unforeseen problems.

Tuition fees vary by program and university but are significantly lower than in Western Europe or North America:

Bachelor’s Programs:
Humanities/Social Sciences: €1,500-3,000 per year
Business/Economics: €2,000-4,000 per year
Engineering/IT: €2,500-5,000 per year
Medicine: €5,000-12,000 per year

Master’s Programs:
Humanities/Social Sciences: €2,000-4,000 per year
Business/Economics: €2,500-5,000 per year
Engineering/IT: €3,000-6,000 per year
Medicine/Health Sciences: €6,000-15,000 per year

These rates are typically 40-60% lower than comparable programs in Western Europe and up to 70% lower than in the USA.

Yes. Recent policy changes across all three Baltic countries allow international graduates to stay for 6-12 months after graduation to seek employment. If you find a job related to your field of study, you can apply for a work-based residence permit. Some countries also offer special visas for entrepreneurs and startup founders.

Applying doesn’t have to feel like rocket science — we handle the tricky stuff so you can focus on celebrating your future diploma!

Other Common Questions.

Do you offer assistance with student visas or finding housing?

Navigating visas and logistics is a common concern for international students. While universities provide primary support , we aim to offer guidance and resources as part of our value-driven appraach, potentially through a dedicated post-admission support package, to help you manage these crucial steps.

Most study programs targeting international students are taught entirely in English. However, while not always an admission requirement, learning the local language of the host country can significantly enhance your overall experience, networking opportunities, and post-graduation employment prospects, especially outside major international hubs.

Funding is a critical consideration and highly depends on the country and city you end up in. While schools do offer scholarships and financial aid specifically for international students this is a highly competitive direction, hence we advise having a strong financial foundation to live in a country for at least 6 months.
